It’s a rare occasion that our blog posts stray away from our countless inspirations, our focus on all things floral, and all of the many talented event-industry-insiders that we’re so very luck to work with. But every now and then, it’s nice to celebrate our successes. We always have you to thank.
Last week, the New York Enterprise Report announced Ovando as a finalist in the 2012 Small Business Awards in the category of “Customer Service Best Practice of the Year.” For the past seven years, the New York Enterprise Report has been recognizing the tri-state area’s top small businesses for their accomplishments focused towards customer service, green business, leadership, sales & marketing and technology.
On behalf of Ovando’s dedicated staff, I am so honored to be a finalist in this year’s Small Business Awards. Outstanding customer service is one of the core pillars of our business so we are very grateful to be recognized for these efforts.
The best practice winners will be announced at the Small Business Awards Gala on Wednesday, October 10th from 6 p.m.- 10 p.m. at the Metropolitan Pavilion in New York City. If you are a business owner yourself then I certainly hope to see you at the “networking event of the year.”
